Junior in electrical engineering and applied violin at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, 3.5+ G.P.A.

  • Full-tuition music scholarship
  • Internship summer 2005 with Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corporation located in Boulder, CO.  Examined and categorized qualified magnetic devices and corresponded regularly with outside manufacturers for the Parts Engineering group.
  • Co-winner of the 2004 Colorado State University Concerto Competition with performance on-line with video and audio streaming at: <http://www.kuzmich.com/csu/csu.html >.
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office Suite, Java programming, Finale music notation and many other business/engineering software applications such as Logic Works, MathCAD, Matlab, and PSpice.
  • Concert master of the Colorado State University Symphonic and Chamber Orchestras

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

  • Served a two-year Church mission in Santiago, Chile from 2001 to 2003. Fluent in Spanish.
  • First violin in the 1998, 1999 and 2000 in the Colorado All-State Orchestras (assistant concert master in 1999 and concert master in 2000).
  • Achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.
  • Presently studies violin with Dr. Ronald Francois at Colorado State University. Formerly studied violin with Mr. Eric Peterson of the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and Mr. Phil Lewis at the University of North Texas.

EMPLOYMENT:

Part-time employment:  a violin teacher.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:

Downhill skiing, cycling and gardening.
