Your 200 point assignment is to plan and create a seven-slide presentation on why you would like to be President of the United States. Before designing the PowerPoint presentation, you must identify what contents that will go on each slide. For example,

  1. Who you are as a person, as a student and as a potential career?

  2. What strengths/qualifications do you have for the position of President of the United States?

  3. What changes would you like to initiate in government, education, etc.?

  4. What weaknesses may you have as a adult?

  5. How do you anticipate improving upon your weaknesses?

  6. What are the biggest weaknesses in America right now?

  7. Describe which classes at Carmody can have a positive impact on you as an adult and as a potential president.

Each slide needs to have both text and at least one piece of clip art. The clip art can be inserted from the following:

  1. To add clip-art to any individual slide page, go to the Insert pull-down menu and go to Picture and then Clip Art.

  2. Once at the Clip Art section, you will have a host of clip art to insert into each slide.

  2. What makes the topic so exciting for you?

  3. What information do you want to share with our class?

  4. Can you share 10 things important to you about this topic?
